All respondent companies must send one (1) sealed copy of their bid to the above address and one (1) emailed copy to [email protected]. We cannot assume responsibility for bids forwarded through the mail or if lost in transit at any time before the bid opening. FAXED BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The sealed and emailed Proposals must be received and in possession of ASPIRA by

12:00 p.m. Thursday, March 26, 2026. Bids received after this date and time will not be considered.

 

All bids will be opened at 4:00 p.m. Thursday, March 26, 2026

 

Any inquiries regarding these Bids should be made via email by 1:00 pm Friday, March 13, 2026, to Rodrigo Valladares at [email protected]. Any additional information given as a result of respondent inquiries will be shared with all participating respondents by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, March 13, 2026.
