All respondent companies must send one (1) sealed copy of their proposal to the above address and one (1) emailed copy to [email protected]. We cannot assume responsibility for bids forwarded through the mail or if lost in transit at any time before the bid opening. FAXED BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The sealed and emailed Proposals must be received and in possession of ASPIRA by

11:00 a.m. Friday, March 8, 2024. Bids received after this date and time will not be considered.

All Proposals will be opened at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 13, 2024
